Walking With Poles

We are launching our Walking with Poles programme. The programme will run for six weeks starting on the 10th June at 11am in the Mall Longford. Nordic and Activator poles will be used and suppled as part of the programme but numbers are limited.

Walking with Poles is a great way to increase your activity level and include some upper body work into your walking.

The cost of the programme for six weeks is €10
