Prime Time of Life - Ballymahon (Monday September 8th)
"Prime Time of Life" is a 12-week (Twice weekly, Monday and Friday at 2pm) multimodal exercise and health education programme designed for adults with long-term health conditions, and has been shown to improve aerobic fitness, muscular fitness, balance, flexibility, physical activity, and overall perceptions of health and quality of life. This evidence-based programme, developed by EduFIT in partnership with various sports partnerships and funded by Sláintecare and Pobal. This is a HSE funded programme.

The programme is primarily funded by Sláintecare, with partnerships including the HSE, Sport Ireland, and Longford County Council.
