Cycling Ireland Zwift Workouts

The GymSTART Club Takeover will be aimed at the  GymSTART participation/recreation level gymnasts from all of GI clubs nationwide. 

The National Series Takeover will be aimed at competitive level gymnasts and be led by National Coach Luke Carson

Siel Bleu Ireland Not for profit organisation who provide life enhancing exercise programmes to older adults and patient groups. Siel Bleu Ireland is the first specific effort to promote exercise among older adults and patient groups in Ireland, with the aim of improving overall wellbeing.

They have two classes a day - A community class on Facebook at 11am & a Nursing Home class on Youtube at 2pm.

ExWell Medical 

ExWell Medical CLG is a social enterprise, not for profit, funded by Social Innovation Fund Ireland

it offers community-based supervised exercise classes, as well as home programmes to people with many different long term illnesses. Participants will be encouraged to become fit and active in a friendly, safe and enjoyable environment.

The ExWell@Home programme is now launched. 

This programme offers a detailed and supportive home exercise programme for people with any long term medical problem.  The programme operates on medical referral and has medical oversight

There is a short video tuition session on the RTE website every Monday, Wednesday and Friday on the Lifestyle page.

AXA Community Bike Ride :

AXA Community Bike Rides team have worked on developing short video clips on the above such topics so that for those who want to improve their cycling technique, they can look to engage with strength training clips or interval training, or for those who may like to improve their bike fitting and maintenance skills, they have access to short tutorial clips on how to go about doing this.  There will be 10 video released over the next coming weeks on Facebook.
