Autism In Sport Training

Online Autism In Sport Training available on the 18th May from 6.30-9.00pm

Calling all sports coaches, fitness instructors, club leaders, parents, PE teachers, and volunteers in sport! Are you looking to upskill and make your sessions more accessible and inclusive to autistic people? Then this course is the course for you.

The Autism in Sport workshop will provide participants with an understanding of autism, focusing on the delivery of sport. The course content is designed to help participants to recognise and understand key areas of consideration and to look at practical strategies with will help to include autistic children and adults in sport.

On completion all attendees will receive a CARA Sport Inclusion Ireland certification endorsed by Sport Ireland, an Autism in Sport manual and be armed with practical information on how to make their sessions more fun and accessible to all.
